Lani Noble

Lani is a lover of life and the wonderment of simple things. She began her yoga journey 6 years ago when she walked into her first Bikram yoga class and for the first time in a long time found a space where despite the physical effort she felt at peace. Taking time out from a corporate career she began to travel the world immersing herself in yoga and meditation schools & communities to explore both the inner and outer worlds. What began as a 2 month vacation turned into 6 years of travel and a life of deep inner enquiry and love for yoga. She has an insatiable thirst for truth, nature and sharing the message of the Heart through yoga, meditation, ceremonial cacao, photography and writing.
With a very special passion for the Heart & Body Lani now teaches yin yoga in Perth, encouraging her students to join her in a space of Deep Listening and Deep Rest…connecting with the innate wisdom & healing capacity of the body. “I am constantly in awe of the freedom of mind, body & heart that is revealed when there is that beautiful balance between effort & relaxation.” Her yoga classes are infused with a touch of mysticism as Lani blends classical yoga, Advaita Vedanta and Sufi teachings with somatic practices to encourage her students to explore the mind body connection, to feel each movement from within, to breathe, to accept, to let go and to feel free within the body.
Embracing life in all its beautiful humanness Lani gently guides her students on a deep journey through the body into the Heart. She holds a 500-hour RYT Certificate as a Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation instructor and is also a 200-hour RYT certified Yin yoga instructor.
