All I could think about during my first Bikram Yoga class was the heat and how much I was sweating! It all felt a little bit crazy but I walked out of the hot room feeling amazing. Through my practice it has provided me with so much energy and positivity and has been very healing mentally and physically. I love being able to explore the different forms of yoga at the studio each leaving me in a relaxed state of mind.
After completing my masters degree, I jumped straight into my Core+ Hot Pilates teacher training in December 2015, one of the best decisions I have ever made! Apart from introducing me to beautiful people, it is the perfect complement to yoga, strengthening the mind and body, not forgetting a whole lot of fun! Teaching has inspired me to further my yoga journey and I hope to be teaching Core+ Hot Pilates and Yoga soon!
